Fairly quiet day

We didn’t go to the boot sale this morning so we went along to a local cafe for breakfast instead. I did a couple of chores and chatted with Anya and then went for a walk to the mere and did a sketch there.
Darren went to an archery shoot so I came back and cooked dinner for Tina and myself. I had a short walk this afternoon and posted a letter.
I was relaxing and noticed the sky when I went to take in a delivery. I took a couple out of the window, then the front garden. Darren had arrived home and said he would drive me to the front. I had no shoes on and was hopping about on the gravel a bit!
A good sunset in Peterborough too, curtesy of Mike.
Will finish with a cute pic of Pandora taken by Tina.

  1. Hope you didn’t suffer from the bargain hunters blues from not going booting? A cafe for breakfast is close enough and definitely a warmer option 🙂
The mere looks nice in the pic, a bit chilly from the looks of it. I like your drawing too.
You definitely had some nice skies up the too today. You have the added bonus of the sea for a background and other nice views. Mine are nearly always taken over the top of those houses 🙂 It was lovely tonight for a change.
Pandora does look cute admiring the Christmas trees, or is she contemplating ripping them to shreds? 😀

  2. It was pretty chilly out today, but I wasn’t standing too long doing the sketch.
The sky was quite spectacular this evening, it is a bonus being near the sea.
No result show tonight, do have the Special show n Christmas Day to look forward to now.
