New pills eventually!

Will start with photos Tina took this morning when she went to the church for morning prayers. One of the benefits of dew and heavy sea frets!
I walked to the chemist to see if they had my prescription. They did but couldn’t make it up as the tablets were on order and hadn’t arrived, said come back in the afternoon. Then I went to see Bel and took another picture, not quite as clear as Tina’s.
Went to Flemingate with Tina where we had lunch and a quick look round Art and Soul. Then Tina dropped me off at Jeans. Cracker was being cute if a little noisy with the barking!
Terry is a very clever man and does some amazing whittling. He showed me this one he made when he lived in South Africa, when they came back to England it was missing. Some years later he found it in a drain and it had one broken leg, one broken arm and the feathers were missing. You wouldn’t know he had repaired it now.
Terry brought me home and I grabbed the rollator and went to the chemist. They still didn’t have the tablets so I got the prescription and walked down to one of the other chemists and they made it up for me. So let’s hope they calm things down as the knee has been pretty painful today.

  1. I love to see the webs covered in dew, they make really great pic. Like you say a benefit of living close to the sea.
Glad you finally got your prescription made up. I really hope it does the job and eases the pain you’ve been having. Although that won’t mean you can get back to hours of gardening every day! I know what you’re like 😊
Awww that dog is so cute. But little dogs are definitely very yappy!
That’s a great carving. I wish I could do something like that, but I have no skill along those lines at all ☹️ You’d never know it had been repaired.

  2. I am hopeful that things may improve a bit, but will continue trying to keep occupied and keep away from the gardening, although I am finding it frustrating after all the work that I have put into it over the years.
