Taking it steady

I went to the boot sale with Darren this morning, enjoyed our usual sandwich and I managed about three rows before I knew it was time to retreat to the car. Not sure if it is the pills but have been feeling sick to add to the fun! I did buy another jigsaw, a clock to make as I have time on my hands - boom boom! Also a puzzle book to look at in the car which would seem to be impossible!
I have spent a lot of the day on the jigsaw. Was going well after lunch and then done by dinner time!
Going to finish with some blasts from the past collected while I was helping Rose clear the house ready for moving. I photo of me with my brother and sister over seventy years ago and one of me as a teenager at a holiday camp. Then two drawings that Margherita has kept for years safely in see through plastic.

    At least you got out this morning, even if you didn’t make totally around the boot sale. As long as the sausage bap van is accessible that’s all that matters 😊 I look forward to seeing the finished clock, and hearing less bad jokes 😂
    You’ve done well with the jigsaw. Doesn’t seem to have taken you too long considering it looks quite hard. The new one from today looks a more traditional one…and easier!
    I love old pictures. They’re so fun to look through and a great blast from the past. The drawings are really good. You might have known Margherita would look after them.
    Well that’s another day you’ve made it through without letting the leg drive you to distraction. Hopefully the pills will kick in properly soon, and the sickness will subside. At least then you might be able to get out and do a bit more. 🤞

    Another day filled, mY even get used to it!
    I have another jigsaw, all roses, which Tina got at a sale. May get started on that.
    Yes, it is good to look at old photos.
