My knee was really painful but need to keep it moving, so decided to go into the garden and tidy the front bed that passers by see first, the path was so overgrown that you couldn’t really see where the bed started. Managed to get it looking a bit more presentable.
After lunchI went out again, the bushes at the back of that bed needed today if and you couldn’t see where the lawn ended there!
The new air fryer has a rotisserie option but it will only take a very small chicken. Tina ordered one as she thought we should at least try it once. So I struggled to got it on the spit but it cooked quite well. Might not be in a hurry to cook one gain though.
Have written a couple of letters and then took the recycling down to the bin. I bought a hare ornament with led light a while ago and have never checked it worked. It was getting dark when I went to the bin and I got a nice surprise. Pretty pics to finish!
You have been busy. Good to get the jabs sorted. You certainly don’t want flu or Covid on top of everything else!
ReplyDeleteThe front of the garden looks so much better now. It does make a difference when people are walking by. I’m sure it made you feel better seeing it a bit tidier too.
Your chicken looks nice. I think they do cook nice on a rotisserie. They are a nightmare to get on the spindle though, and then stopping their extremities flapping about 😊
The light looks very good. Plus you got four colours for the price of one, bargain 😊
It was good to get that bed looking a bit tidier, it was offending me every time I went past it!
ReplyDeleteThe chicken was cooked well but it was a bit of a faff!
Hadn’t realised the ornament changed colours, very attractive.
