I painted an old garden truck a couple of years ago and planted it up, it is still going well.
I did do some hoeing in the walled garden and a bit of weeding, it wasn’t too bad but when it gets really overgrown the frogs hide underneath, which really bothers me as I don’t want to hurt any.
Then mid afternoon I set off to deliver some cards and had to walk to the sea as Jen lives near the Floral Hall. Tow sea pics plus one mistake which is actually quite arty!
I had a quick cuppa with Jean, then on the way home this wet area on the road ahead of me looked like a witch with a broom, to me anyway,
Quite a busy day and resting the knees this evening. Actually Pandora settled on me for bout an hour this evening, which is unusual these days.
Not planning on doing much else today.
I do hope the knee problem turns out to be too much digging, and that it eases off if you give the digging a rest for a while.
ReplyDeleteSounds like you’ve had a busy day again. Sorting and cleaning takes up more time and effort than you think! That’s why I try to avoid it as much as possible 😊
The fence is looking good. It’ll be nice to have it finished off. A bit more privacy in the garden for you. Nothing worse than oiks peering at you, or wondering into your private space!
Glad to hear it was only a bit of hoeing and light weeding today. So much garden to keep on top off without doing yourself a mishap!
I quite like your accidental arty pic by the sea, and I can 100% see the witch and broom in the wet road 😊
Pandora knows when you need confining to the chair for a bit of rest and relaxation. She’s like a four legged carer.
I have had a couple of busier days which is good for general exercise, the jury is out as to whether it is good for the knees or not.
DeleteI think the panels look great, will make quite a difference.
Glad you could see the witch as well!
I can see the witch and broom too 😂
