A really nice day, although very hot and sticky, but dry. Bought Van Hage and met Rachel, where we had breakfast and a natter. The breakfasts were not really hot so that took the edge off a bit, but we all ate them anyway! A lovely picture of the lovely twins!
After a little look round the girls took me to the swimming pool where I was meeting Anya and Isobel and was able to see how Isobel is doing with her swimming lessons. She had passed two stages now so is now having her lessons in the main pool. We went and had some lunch at McDonalds and then went to collect something Anya had ordered at Sainsbury's. Then off to the Outdoor shop as Anya wanted to get a camping bed for Isobel, she could try it out then at her Brownie sleepover tonight. First of all a relax in one of the show tents.
Then Isobel tried the bed!
Looking cute, then Anya asking if her feet reminded me of The Wizard of Oz!

And being a chanp!!
We went back to the house for a while then went and had a coffee before Anya brought me back to Michelle's. Isobel looked lovely in her new school dress.
Michelle and I have watched 'Awakenings' this evening so we had plenty of tissues ready, and needed them!

  1. It has been a nice day, I've been a bit too hot. But it's nice that the weather is cooperating for your lazy weekend, let's hope it stays that way. That's a really nice pic of the twins, and you don't normally get many of the two of them together.
Looks lie you had a good time with Anya and Isobel too. Isobel is growing so fast, it makes me feel really old :-) When I first saw the pics I though Anya had taken up camping, but I should have known better really!
