Very wet and grey today with a heavy sea fret that lasted all day.  We took a trip out to Snainton wood supplies place. We all bought something small, Michelle and I got small turned items made of yew and Mike bought a pen blank in tulip wood. Then we went to Irton Garden Centre, we enjoyed looking round, lots of lovely stuff there. Here is a display of garden ornaments.
Then we stopped of at a very misty Mere on the way home.
Lovely swan.
We came home and then walked into town, via the cliff top as Mike commented that they hadn't seen the sea! They didn't get to see it today either, no sea or castle because of the fret.
We walked into town, went to Boyes and some charity shops then to The Conservatory cafe for a small piece of apple pie and cream!!
We watched Jungle Book this afternoon and now we are watching The Wizard of Oz!

  1. It's been a really nice day again, including the trip to Snainton, which some of us enjoyed more than others :-) Lots of visiting/walking, and lots of cake and bad stuff!
Could have had a slightly better ending, but that's another story........
