Another great sunset last night, had to go downstairs again, all good exercise they tell me!
This morning I had a chat with Tina as I wanted to walk a different route today. Decided on the Whitby Road heading towards Scalby Mills and then making my way down to the Sea Life centre. Passed a train and blossom as I set out!
The hill up from the front is pretty steep, but didn't get too puffed out. Passed this path that lead down to the glen, but will go that way another day,
I passed the site for the new waterpark, the sing says it will be ready soon.
From the look of it that sign is a tad optimistic!!
I passed the golf course and turned down Scalby Mills Road, it runs alongside the golf course. Liked the clouds through the trees.
The sky changed from blues to dramatic, seems such a huge expanse when near the sea.
I was going to walk down to the Sea Life car park and round the front, but spotted a path along the cliff so thought I would take that. Came down above the steam railway line and crossed it on the way down.
Another dramatic shot on the way down to the shore.
As I was about to leave the front and walk home the hazy sun in the distance caught my eye, so here it is!
Been sorting through paper work this afternoon, it was a job that really needed doing. May write a couple of letters now.

  1. Another day with nice weather for a walk, although I know it turned worse later. Can't believe you're still finding different walking routes after all this time.
I notice there's a puddle in the middle of the new water park site. So it's a start :-)
Very nice sky pics again, and I particularly like the sky through the trees.

    1. Going to try walking to The Mere when I get a real urge for a longer walk. I haven't ever walked there and some of the shops look interesting. I can get the bus back as I think both ways would be more than I could manage!
