I was watching 'Breakfast' this morning and Steph, who is the business correspondent was at a pig farm. It was hilarious because the pigs just loved her wellingtons and they were round her nibbling away, I didn't get the camera out quick enough for the really funny parts but still caught her with the lovely little pigs!
I walked over to the retail park and had a look around Hobbycraft before catching the bus into town. Met Mike for a coffee before heading towards the river, haven't walked along there for a long time. There was a family feeding the birds, the gulls here are little terns, not the huge gulls we are used to in Scarborough.
As I walked along I saw the mural that I believe my friend Julie had a hand in.
I went back into town to meet up with Sarah, who is now in her thirties, but I used to be her support worker in a school when she was six years old!
Amazingly the wifi didn't go off uploading that photo so will add one of the River Nene for a change.
Plus one of a hawk that I spotted way up on a bridge, it was sat there like a statue. Didn't have the bigger camera, but you can see what it is.
Off to see Rachel later and her family.

  1. I saw the news item with the pigs too, very funny!
Sounds like another busy and full day for you. I enjoyed the coffee in Nero, really tasted good, so might have to go there again. Where is that mural?
I really need to take more pictures when I'm out and about, I miss so many opportunities! You have a very good eye for a photo.

    1. I cut through to the river path behind Rivergate and turned right, the mural isn't that far along. It made a change taking a wander along there, used to do it quite regularly.
