Morning walk

I am trying to keep to the kill or cure extra walking, at the moment it is veering towards kill! I walk a different way to the front passing Hornsea Burton school and arriving at the inshore lifeboat station.

Some photos on the way.

The next couple of photos are by the new housing which caused concerns over how local services would manage and also the extra congestion, which is an issue in the town. The first one is an odd sort of gulley I think and the second one was supposed to be a lake!

I walked along the front up to the Floral Hall and then came home.
At home Darren helped me finish the jigsaw then we went to Tesco to do the shopping.

One piece missing from the jigsaw unless we just couldn’t spot it on the carpet.
I did go into the garden for a while this afternoon, clearing some unruly brambles, but didn’t overdo it.
Framed two more pics.

  1. You must be running out of routes to get to the front. But whichever way you go it’s always nice when you get there.
The first house looks a bit odd sat there. That looks like a water gully without any water. That’d explain the very dry lake! They won’t be doing a lot of fishing or boating there. I do like silhouette type pics. Early morning is a good time for them.
It took me ages to work out where the missing piece was in the jigsaw. You find it once you get rid of it.
We’ve had a fair bit of rain here on and off today. Hopefully you’ll get it overnight and wake up to sodden ground 😊
I like the bottom drawing in the final pic 🙂 I’m sure you’ll have plenty of interest next week 🤞🤞

  2. I don’t think there are any more routes to the front, but as you say, always nice when I get there.
It was fun finishing the jigsaw together.it was surprisingly difficult.
I drew that final pic in 1970!
