Would have to remove the dangles if I decided on that one.
I did decide on the dangly one but will have to get a Pearl or pastel bulb.
I went through kitchen cupboards and now have three more boxes to take to the charity shop, definitely on a roll!
I moved the plants around and added the new stand, even used the special gloves I bought quite a while ago which are for dusting the plants!
Before and after of the plants, must remove that last birthday card!
I did water the back garden while the dinner was cooking. Really must try and get out and do some weeding!
Feeling weary, but in a good way. Not more sorting tonight!
I do like the look of the plant stand. A good find. I think I prefer the second lampshade for your table lamp. The first is ok, minus the dangly bits, but too see through. Just noticed you finally decided on the dangly one 😊
ReplyDeleteAre you intending to do a bit of dressmaking in your spare time? If so, where is this spare time coming from 😂
Plant dusting gloves! I’ve seen it all now. People just invent things for the sake of it!
The new stand looks nice with a plant on, a dusted one of course. In fact several together like that make a nice grouping. I wouldn’t have thought of doing that.
I’m sure you’ll get back to the weeding soon. See how you feel tomorrow. You might wake up with the urge to get straight out there……maybe.
Feet up the rest of the night.
It has been in my bed to make some trousers, when it is out of my head and turned into action is another matter. Patterns are so expensive now and these are unopened so a real bargain -if they are actually used!
ReplyDeleteThe stand is ideal as that large plant was a present and I wasn’t happy with it on the pedestal stand.
Yes,nthat lampshade is see through that is why I thought a Pearl or pastel light would work. I can always keep looking if it doesn’t look right.
Still itching to see what else I can reduce, I am sure the enthusiasm will pass!
