Families at Three

This morning I wrote a couple of letters and went out to post them. Then spent the morning clearing space in the bedroom for quilting and general chores sprinkled with some word puzzles!
After lunch I went across to the hall with
Tina and helped set up the hall for Families at Three. The first session was last week and I am going to go along and help out now. They have a lot of activities and it took us a while moving tables and chairs and getting ready.

I sat at the pancake decorating table and had quite a few customers, this young lady was pleased with her ‘cat’ one and enjoyed eating it too!
By the time we had packed everything away we were tired, but it has been a good afternoon.
Pretty quiet evening ahead I think!

  1. Bet the morning was more puzzles than clearing! 😊 But at least puzzles don’t wear you out.
It looks very well organised in the hall for the activities. I bet it was fun for all. The young lady certainly looks very pleased with her pancake. Bet it tasted good too. Sadly I forgot it was pancake day until it was too late.
Not surprised you were tired by the time you were finished there. Hope you stick with the quiet evening and don’t get tempted with doing other things, apart from word puzzles that is 😊

  2. The word puzzle addiction hasn’t waned yet!
It was well organised and ready for the families, looks like it will be a success.
