Nice trip to Scarborough

Tina has gone away for a well earned break from her work madness. Darren had a club meeting to go to in Scarborough and took me along. We had lunch at Sainsbury’s then he went off to his club and I had a good look round Sainsbury’s before I headed into th town centre. I had a long list of things to do and buy and ticked everything off, which as really good, and unusual! I walked down to the Spa bridge, nice to see the dragon boat is still making an appearance.
I still think the Grand hotel is a fabulous building.

In the town centre I saw and heard this great musician, bought the cd too.
I walked to the studio and caught up with Donna and Sandy, then I walked up to the shop where Darren was at his meeting, he was almost finished and then we had a pleasant drive home.
Doing a course at Freeport tomorrow.

    You’ve got some great pics again tonight. I love Scarborough anyway, hope I get to see it again sometime. The seagull sitting in front of the hotel makes for a really nice pic. As does the the flower planter in front of the castle. As I’ve said a lot of times, you do have a good eye for a pic. Good to see you back to taking them again.
    Glad you had a good outing there and a successful shopping trip too.

    I like Scarborough, and although it is quite a small town it s ms big and busy now I live in Hornsea. Good picture opportunities there. That gull s titling near me as I had a cuppa just made that seem a set up for a different angled photo.
