The dentist building is about 1.6 miles from the bus station and as I had plenty of time I decided to try and walk it. Had to go over an overpass on route.
I was early so had a cup of tea at a little cafe opposite the dentists. What a lovely little cream jug, I did ask if they would sell me one but they said they only had about five left!
I was seen quite early and got the bus back into town. I bought a magazine with some free stamps, they looked too good to miss.
Nine of us at the craft group today, the most since I have been a member and at the vicarage too. The stamps print really well and I coloured some at the group.
I did the final coat of varnish on the sign, got Tina to take a picture.
Love the wall art. It would be perfect to go on the dentists wall as it’s trying to show it’s teeth :-)
ReplyDeleteI know it was early, but everywhere in your pics looks so deserted. I don’t know how you manage to do that so often. You just have the knack of waiting until the right moment.
The little jug looks like a miniature gravy boat.
The stamps were a lovely little gift on the magazine. They’ve come out really well. Plus it’ll soon be Christmas.....humbug!
The finished sign looks great. People will have no excuse for not finding the place now. You’ll get commissions when it gets seen.
