Today I had arranged to meet the young lady who used to be my hairdresser. She went on maternity leave earlier this year and I had to find another hairdresser as she was off for about ten weeks. I liked the new hairdresser and then my ankle got worse and it was easier to get to the new one so have stayed going there.n Joanne is working again, and a few weeks ago contacted me to make sure I am okay, as she knew I was having the trouble with my ankle, and I haven't been walking past her shop for months now. We met up at Boddy's cafe in town. Theodore is five months old now and was asleep when we met, so we had a good old natter over tea and cake for about an hour! Then Joanne woke him up to give him a feed before she went off to do a bit of shopping.
Hi is a big lad and a very happy little soul. He was happy to sit with me for a while.

The another shot of him as he was back in the pram ready to go shopping with his mum.
I caught the bus home, tidied up the front garden when I had had a sit down for a bit. Tina arrived home as I was finishing so we had a cup of tea together. The sky was quite pretty this afternoon, it had been a bright, fairly mild day.
I have painted another plaque, just need to varnish it when it is completely dry. Donna is a good artist so thought I would just do names of her and her daughter Amy.

  1. He is a big baby and very smiley too :-) Looks like you were really enjoying yourself too in the pics.
We had a sky similar to that on the way home to Margs on Monday. She actually commented on it too which is unlike her. Nice to see she does notice them though as most people don't.
Sounds like you've kept busy, with meetings, gardening and crafting. You need a holiday and a rest :-)
