A very quiet day today although I did get a little exercise, I had put my pedal gadget in the charity stuff, but today decided using it while I sit down would probably be good as no impact on the knees. I managed twenty minutes and will try and use it regularly - maybe! I unfolded the new jigsaw picture nd then started looking for the edge pieces.
The problem is that all the pieces look the same! So I lined them all up in shape rows before I started!
Idid nip to the shop for some lunch before I got going. A fairly grey day today.
I did get the edge done, took me most of the morning, the picture is in the middle, just the edge done!
After lunch I decided to colour in one of the pack of colour it yourself cards I bought a while gags.
After te I did a bit of the jigsaw, the easy bit!
Will probably sit with a crossword now, and without a cat as well.
As you say a bit of gentle exercise in the chair is a good idea. The less impact the better.
ReplyDeleteBlimey, I thought this jigsaw was going to be easier. It doesn’t look it. Just the edge pieces were bad enough. You’re a glutton for punishment.
It’s been a bit grey here at times, but plenty of sunshine too. Quite a warm day. Even tonight when I came in it wasn’t cold.
I really like the cards you’ve done. That one looks lovely. Are the others the same of different?

I think this jigsaw will be a challenge even though it is smaller.
ReplyDeleteIt is a pack of six cards with three designs, the one I did had less detail so the others will take a bit longer.
It is sunny here this morning so fingers crossed it stays that way.
