I had a pair of trousers to get changed at Sainsbury's so caught the but into town and walked up from there. I decided to take the stick and not use it today as I am beginning to think that using the stick is causing the knee problems and as nothing I do is likely to change how the ankle feels it was worth a try.I walked up, changed the trousers and had a drink, then bought a couple of stocking filler presents and walked back into town. Walked slowly and managed well without the stick and the knee was less painful today, but that could all change tomorrow. Walking back the sun was shining and I thought the bush and fountain in the park opposite the station looked attractive.
I caught the but home and collected my washing to hang up on an airer and rested for a bit. I had one more wooden plaque to paint, I had packed the paints away and had no enthusiasm for it, but having got a new printer cartridge yesterday so could print a picture of a different frog for this plaque. It is now painted, this picture was before I had varnished it.
Nothing else to report today really, have watched a couple of Dr Blake's, will have to order the second series but any has sent the next season of House off so that should arrive soon and I can go back to that.
It would be nice if you could do one thing or the other and see a definite effect on the ankle and knee, but like you say it seems to change all the time. Damn nuisance as you don't know where you stand, pardon the pun! Good job you have stamina and willpower.
ReplyDeleteThat's a very brightly coloured frog. Are they the actually colours or was it artistic license?
You seem to have quite a bit of viewing lined up :-)
It was as true to the colours as I could get with my limited selection of paints. Going to try without the stick again and see how it goes.
