Mike and I were out before 6.30 am to walk down to the sea. Lovely morning. Last night I had put lots of nuts into the oven to 'activate' them - soak them first and then dry them out in a low over for several hours to remove the toxins. I haven't used this oven before and this morning they were cremated, see the last picture!! The other pics are of the sky, the sea and Mike having breakfast.

    No wonder I look fat in that other picture, I'm always stuffing my face :-)

      Not always stuffing your face, but should the urge take hold there are endless opportunities!
