If I don't get fit and or lose weight there is no justice in the world!! I went swimming and then had a brief walk on the front, and have just spent over an hour outside in the garden with Darren. He was making a great clearance along the back path and I was clearing near the house where the bonsai trees are.

    I filled two garden bags with the stuff I removed! Darren's trees and mine look much better for having space round them now.
