We were both up and about later this morning and didn’t rush to do anything. But I will start with yesterday evening because I went along to the bowls club with Tina as a spectator. I was in bright sunshine to start and it was very hot, then I moved into the shade and the temperature dropped rapidly. A very nice setting for a bowls club.
On my walk home I passed this mini bridge. Some trees.
I have a throw over my legs when sitting with my feet up, not because I am cold but because I have ended up bleeding on several occasions because of Pandoras claws in my lower legs! The throw was a bit bulky so Tina brought one of the quilts I made through. She doesn’t use it anfitvwas good to see it again. I did make some pretty nice quilts.I will be doing some watering later but not much else.

I like watching bowling, but I don’t think I’d be much good playing it. How did the Rev do? It’s a nice way to spend an evening though. Will you be spectating again?
ReplyDeleteI like the cute little bridge. Looks like it’s from The Hobbit 😊
You do get a lot of wildlife up there. More open spaces help I guess.
Tina’s relatives do have a great view from their garden. I’d happily sit out there in the mornings to eat my breakfast. What a great way to start the day. Archie is definitely cute 😊
Even shopping for bird seed is quite spectacular when you see the views! Looks a nice loch. I could sit and fish there for a few hours. Overall I think I’d find lots to do up there 😊
That’s a very posh quilt for a cat to sit on. You certainly did make some very nice quilts. I still love my “raggy” quilt. It’s still on the bed from over winter, but I’ll take it off soon and pack it away until it’s needed again.
Sounds like it was pretty good day.
It was a nice relaxed sort of day. Tina seemed to be doing okay at the bowls last night, I will go and spectate again, may even have a go one day!
ReplyDeleteThere are a lot of open spaces here and pretty secluded so more space for the wild life to hide and be safe. Pretty unspoilt atmosphere as well really.
I agree, sitting in Tina’s aunts garden would make a very good start to any day.
The loch is beautiful, don’t think you are allowed to fish in it though!
