Quiet day

Energy levels seem on the down at the moment, anyone would think I was retired! Blue wasn’t well yesterday so I went with Tina to Bridlington to the vet.
They were good and saw her after about fifteen minutes and she had an injection and has been okay but sleepy for the rest of the day. I did a few chores and popped to the shops this morning. Visited Lesley this afternoon and after dinner Tina fancied a bit of fresh air so we went to the front. The moon was very bright this evening.
So a quiet day, maybe my get up and go will return tomorrow. I did take a walk round the garden to see if the new plants look okay. We have had a few showers today so all was well and the cats haven’t dug any up! It is looking tidy at the moment and a bit of colour. If it is bright tomorrow I will take some photos.

  1. You retire…….never going to happen properly. You’re not happy unless you’re doing something constructive. I keep telling you to stick to crotchet, but you never listen 😊
At least you got a little trip out today, even though it was because of a poorly cat. Think yourself lucky you weren’t taking Pandora. It definitely wouldn’t have been such a smooth trip!
A walk along the front is what you should be doing instead of a multitude of strenuous tasks around the house and garden. You should pace yourself like I do 😂
Seriously, I hope your get up and go does return after a quiet day. That doesn’t mean you should rush out to dig the garden though 🙄
Hope you have a good night and are raring to go……ish tomorrow 🙂

  2. At least the garden is looking tidier and although it has been colder it was good to have a few rain showers to help settle the plants in.
It was a cold wind by the front and a short walk, but we did get some very fresh air!
I am sure I will bounce up before too long, I usually do.🤞
