One of the nettle roots!
Had a break when I had been digging for over an hour.
Some of the dandelions had impressive roots!
Another hour or so and enough for today!
I took some keys round to the church for Tina and took a photo of more crocuses in the churchyard.
My latest jigsaw from the subscription arrived today, and this time it came with a puzzle book as well.
I wanted to catch the post with a couple of cards so went for a walk and did go to the front, but didn’t take a sea picture, but did take a group of scooters.
I did do a sketch while I was out.
Apart from getting dinner I haven’t done much and don’t intend to.

ReplyDeleteYou can eat dandelions and their roots. You should look it up and make some use of them. Good way of getting your own back on them 🙂 I don’t know about a break after an hours digging. You should have given up after an hour let alone two! As I always say, the finished result always looks good. It’s just all the hard work that has to go into it. Like I suggested the other day, take up crochet instead of gardening, so much easier 😊
The crocuses look lovely. Even I like to see great flowers like that…..as long as it doesn’t involve digging and weeding 😊
A new puzzle and a book. You probably won’t have time for gardening now! I do like the picture. It should be a nice one to do. It looks like an old fashioned jigsaw. The best type.
I saw an old motor scooter on my travels today. It’s nice to see a group of them like that parked on the road. Obviously enthusiasts as they look in great condition. I was definitely more of a motorbike type back in the day.

It is a great picture on the jigsaw, I think it will be fun to do.
