Banking trip!

Judi stayed over last night. Lovely to see her although sad she was up this way to go to the funeral of her friend. Had to had a photo before saying goodbye.
Angela came to pick me up to go to Beverley to do the church banking. A pain to have to travel so far but there are no banks in Hornsea.we apparently are due to get a banking hub in the town, that will be a reel boon. Judi came with us as the funeral was in Beverley, so we had breakfast together which was lovely. Then Angela and I did the banking, the bank is on the market square.
We had a little time afterwards so Angela did a bit of clothes shopping before we came home.
After lunch I stayed indoors as Tina had a meeting and she was expecting electricians to do some work in the church. I went to open the church when they arrived and stayed, so took some pics of the windows.
I went out into the garden to unload and store some bird feeding supplies. I would like to get some clearing done in the garden, maybe try to do a little next week.
The large leaf is getting there!
Visit day tomorrow.

  1. It was nice you got to see Judi. Shame it was under those circumstances though. Really nice picture.
Hornsea having a banking hub. You are coming up in the world. Before you know it you’ll be getting electricity and sewers 😂 Beverly is a long way to have to go to do the banking, bit least it’s a nice place and it even looks like it was a nice day.
Stain glass windows are great things to photograph. It’s always enjoyable no matter how many times you do it. The results are always nice. I really like the second one.
The leaf is nearly open. Maybe tomorrow?

  2. Beverley is lovely, so it was good to have a little wander there. Judi seems well and happy, I will get to stay with her in London at some point.
St Nicholas is a lovely church and has great windows.
That leaf is opening very slowly, maybe fully open tomorrow.🤷‍♂️
