Lovely sky again yesterday evening, will just post one picture though.
This morning I collected a prescription for Tina and then caught the bus into town. I had run out of a couple of things so didn't go swimming as I knew that if I had walked back from the pool I probably wouldn't feel up to making it into town as well. Using the stick does make walking a little easier, not pain free, but certainly helps to lessen it. So I walked along Bar Street to see the sea at the south bay. It was chilly first thing but had become a beautiful morning.
I love the way Scarborough has so many unusually shaped buildings, these ones are curved.
A different view of the south bay.
Noticed this entrance to some apartments, they had very swanky brass letter boxes.
This afternoon I sat doing a bit of crafting and listening to a story cd, I ended up with cat 'cushions' each end of my settee.

The other one was on a chair in my bedroom, so Tina managed a quiet spell in her office. Blue, the kitten, loves sitting in front of her computer screen which does hamper her progress a little. I bought a scrapbook at a boot sale a few weeks ago to make up a present for Isobel. I had some colours card and sat cutting out letters to put on the front. If you read this Anya make sure you don't show it to Isobel!
I have a lot of photos on order and I think they are on their way. I had a phonecall today to make an appointment for me to see someone about the ankle. Sadly is in not until 6th December so will have to hobble on for a while yet.

  1. The day has been pretty much the same here. It started out very chilly, but turned into a really nice day. I didn't get such nice picture opportunities as you had though. You certainly do have a lot of unusual shaped buildings in Scarborough. I suppose it makes best use of the space they've fitted them all into. There's a lot of real estate for a small area.
The cats really like to be in your part of the house. Maybe it's warmer up there or something. Or maybe they just know you spoil them :-)
I hope Isobel doesn't visit the blog herself. It'd spoil the surprise.

    1. There are so many unusual buildings, i think it is a great little town. I don't think Isobel goes to the blog so should be okay.
