I bought card to make a witches hat yesterday and some stuff to adorn it. The card wasn’t big enough to make the rim or the top with one piece, and search as I did I couldn’t find any so tried holding pieces together with sellotape. That didn’t work so then tried double sided tape. I still need glue which will arrive tomorrow!
The hunt for the glue made me frustrated and a bit depressed, so I have started another attempt to get my storage under control, so a bit more stuff jettisoned and a few more things have a home now!
Have just enjoyed The Traitors, last two episodes next week.😢
I think the witches hat is looking good, especially with the adornments. You’ll look good in it. You could have just “borrowed” a traffic cone and painted it black 😂 Definitely worth the effort. Will look forward to seeing you wearing it.
ReplyDeleteIt’s not been a wonderful day today weather wise. Had the threatened storm arrived up there at all? It’s been a bit blustery here a few times, but not too bad.

Storage is a nightmare. I’m still looking for things I know for a fact I have, but just can’t remember where I put them. Like your glue, it’ll be somewhere safe 😂 You do know that the glue will turn up as soon as the new one arrives. It’s always the way!

The rain was quite late arriving but it has been quite heavy at times. I think the weekend storm will hit us harder.

I am not sure where the bee house will go, the shed seems the obvious place but I think is should be nearer the flowers so will give it some thought.
