Last night the wind was truly horrendous, it was difficult to sleep with such a racket going on. The feeder was still standing, just, one of the feeders was in the bushes and the other were pretty much empty. I filled them, but as even worse winds are expected tonight I Have taken the actual feeders off to give it a chance, if slim, of survival!
I went up to the ceramic studio this morning and spent about three and a half hours concentrating on her dress. It is surprisingly fiddly, but I am sure it will be worth it.
Tina has gone away for a couple of days so I will be eating with Darren tonight. He is in Bradford today so a lot of travelling.
Looks like a productive evening at craft class, and the pottery place today. It's looking good.
ReplyDeleteThe bird feeder definitely looks a bit sorry for itself!
Sure does!
ReplyDeletePainting coming along nicely, the bird feeder really needs the cementing done.
ReplyDeleteWhy not play some soft music at night so you don't hear the wind? It can be soothing. X
Not a bad idea Hazel, wind has dropped a bit at the moment but I am sure it will be back! x
