I went to the craft class last night, just Sue and myself again and we made a flower pot pin cushion and a needle case. A very pleasant evening again.
This morning was not so windy, not too bright, but Tina and I decided to go and feed the wildlife, she spent time melting down fat and putting in stale bread, so they had a treat in store! The were certainly enthusistic!
Then we went off to see the squirrels, we were fighting off the pigeons but managed to feed quite a few. This one had a novel way to eat his treat!
As I said, the pigeons were determined!
A young lad passing by came and joined in the fun.
After lunch I walked into town, stopping off at the ceramics studio to drop off the baubles and a bauble box. They are firing tonight so I also did a trial tile to work out the hair colour for the figurine I am going to paint. I want to make here a redhead, so did several different mixes with the browns, red and orange. Walking back from town I liked the clouds in the pre sunset sky, so took a picture!
I put about 4 pieces in the puzzle this morning, and may try to add a few more this evening. May be done by the time the spring arrives!!
The pin cushion and needle case look good. She does come up with some good projects.
ReplyDeleteVery nice sky in the last picture.
They were fun to do and not too taxing! Yes, just thought the cloud formation was unusual.
