Didn't feel too well last night but sweated a lot in the night and felt much better this morning. Roll on Spring and a goodbye to all these bugs! I went up to the studio again and spent another two and a half hours, this time painting pieces I had missed with colours I had already used and then concentrating on the leaves, there are plenty of them!
I got to see the pig and the pot fired, really happy with both of them, but Donna loved them so much that I have left them at the studio as samples for the moment.
Then I went into town because I had the bright idea of supporting the stem of the bird feeder, so needed duct tape, and then using tent pegs to brace it, As it is bright and not quite so cold and not nearly as windy got on with it when I got back.
Of course, it will only prove to be a bright idea if it actually works, so time will tell!
Love the pig, very cute :-)
ReplyDeleteFingers crossed the "Heath Robinson" approach to the bird feeder does the trick, for now at least anyway.
Fingers firmly crossed!!

ReplyDeleteI am glad you are managing a swim now and again, I keep thinking I should get back to it a the shoulder does twinge occasionally. But having the cough, thinking of the hill approach and actually hating the pool means I don't make that effort!! xxx
DeleteYou have a reasonable reason for exemption and all that walking uphill is good exercise xxxx
ReplyDeleteThank you, you are a sweetie! xxx
