I was in bed for an early night when I realised I hadn’t done the blog! I have been writing cards and letters and making sure I had gathered everything I need to take as well as the cakes to Peterborough.
Today has been reasonably quiet, I was up late as I was pretty exhausted by the time I got to bed.
I went to the bank and shops and sorted out a smaller case to pack for the weekend and got all the cakes into the hall ready for loading the car tomorrow. The three of us had lunch at Mondo and we bought some different cat litter on the way home. I had suggested that we put the second tray back down with different litter to see if we can get over the hurdle of Pandora refusing to use it. She does do in wee in it reluctantly, but that is all. She hasn’t gone near either tray so far, so we wait and see!
I did buy some Christmas cards when I was put and have written the ones for the people we are visiting as the stamps are more expensive than the cards!
When I got home the prize gift from the postcode lottery had arrived, I really didn’t think it was going to as I hadn’t realised that they did prizes as well as cash!ni had picked a smart watch as I lost mine a while ago now.
I am going to get Darren to help me set it up. One last photo of a badge that Tina gave to me!

Thats what the combination of old age and jet setting does to you. Makes you forget 😊 You have been quite busy for a few weeks now, so I think you're allowed a bit of leeway. It sounds like your trip down south is well planned. As long as my cake is on board the car I'll be happy 😊

I usually sit and watch Heartbeat and do the blog but last night I was sat at the other chair and used the fox up table while was I sorting and writing cards and letters. Poor excuse, but it will do.
