Very quiet day

I haven’t been out at all today, except put a couple of things in the garden bin. I usually start to feel guilty if I don get some steps in and of course I have been taking the sketch book out. It was a very heavy frost this morning, almost looked like a smattering of snow.
It hasn’t been sunny today but obviously a lot warmer as the garden is no longer white.
I was getting the Sunday dinner for lunch time today as Tina has an evening service. I did a bit to the jigsaw and Darren joined me for a while. The cats are more or less done now which was the easier part.
I watched tv a for a bit this afternoon and did another stint at the jigsaw, Darren again joined me for a little while. Slowly beginning to piece bits together,
An indoor sketch again today, not many pages left in the book now.
Throw Down later and into Beverley for a hearing aid check tomorrow,

  1. It does you good to have a day in now and then and a few less steps. I know you like your regular exercise though so I’m sure you’ll be chomping at the bit tomorrow 🙂 Handy as you’re heading to Beverley.
At least the jigsaw has kept you occupied a bit. It’s looking good, but not quite so easy now.
I really like the picture stand sketch. Very ornate and a good subject. Can’t believe you’re so close to the end of the book now.
I forgot about Throw Down tonight. I’ll have to try to remember to watch it on catchup.

  2. Not exactly chomping at the bit but think I need to keep the joints moving!
Throw Down was good, a very talented bunch this year.
