Indoor day

We woke up to a covering of snow so a different outlook today.

Tina went to church in Pitlochry and I got a meal prepared and in the slow cooker and tried to sort the kitchen out a bit so that we could eat in there. Then it was back to my bedroom to start reducing the clothes I have got. Have a full black sack so far. I just haven’t got the room for everything and I have a lot of things I have hardly worn.
I did go to the local shop, I had an urgent purchase to get, cat treats! It was thawing a bit by then.

I unpacked the stereo this afternoon and got the wobbly cd cupboard stable and unpacked the cds as well. Even played some music while I carried on sorting. We had tea fairly early and it was very tasty. I cleared the bed again and am now sitting with the cat.
I forgot to mention we had no running water this morning but luckily Tina had some bottled water in the car so we could have a cuppa. It came back on again at lunch time.
I will end with three pics from yesterday that Tina sent me. The third one is an arty shot taken by Tina.

  1. Brilliant sunshine one day and snow the next. You certainly get the opportunity to take lots of scenes in different conditions. It actually snowed here this afternoon for a while. No trace of it now though.
It’s a shame you still have to get rid of more stuff. But as you say a lot of stuff you don’t wear. I’m the same. It’ll probably encourage you not to buy clothes in the future. You’ll save a fortune 😊
Urgent purchase! You spoil that cat. She does deserve a bit though as she’s been really good through all this.
It was lucky Tina had water in the car. I suppose you could have collected snow and boiled it 😂 I bet you’ll keep some bottles water in the house now, just in case. I wonder if it’s a common occurrence up there?
The artsy pic from Tina is very good, I like that.
    Take it easy.

It was certainly a different look from the windows.
Guilty as charged, one spoilt cat….
