Hello from Scotland

I got up early so that I could try and give the sedation medicine to Pandora as it had t be administered two to three hours before travelling. She obviously sensed the food was different but did lick some jelly off so I hoped she had taken some. I needn’t have worried, she went and rested while we got things together and Tina could pick her up and she not gave a little resistance going into the dog crate. She was calm nd s good as gold for the whole seven hours and only started to cry t us when she wanted to get out f the crate once indoors.

We only had one stop after four hours and then came the rest of the way. I took photos of Pandora and a couple through the side windows which I ws surprised turned out so well, and later through the front window. Then some of the house, but enough writing, photos and more chat tomorrow.

  1. A very successful trip then. I’m really pleased Pandora took the journey well, as that was a bit less worry for you.
That is a long old drive for Tina. A four hour stint behind the wheel is long enough, but then having to do another three hours is a nightmare! Hopefully all three of you will sleep well tonight 😊
Some nice scenery up there. You shouldn’t have a shortage of things to photograph.
The bungalow looks really nice and will feel more homely once you start getting all your stuff in there. That won’t be long now. Looks like the plants made the journey ok too, and in your new pot 😊
Enjoy the night in your new abode. Must feel weird knowing you won’t be going back to Hornsea again 🙁 You can start your new life up there tomorrow.

  2. It does seem strange not to be able going back to Hornsea. It will like a holiday for a while, mor like home when the furniture and mountain of stuff arrives!
I am beginning to yawn well now and will probably sleep better as nothing to worry about.
