The leg has not been very good, the more pills the more pain it seems!
A lot of jigsaw today but Darren drove up up to Freeport where we had a coffee and looked in some shops. Sadly the nativity hasn’t made an appearance there yet! I did manage to all from one end to the other, but was really struggling so Darren walked back down and collected the car so that I didn’t have to walk back.
Michelle and Julie went out for a walk to the sea front this afternoon and then they cooked dinner for us all which was very kind and very tasty.
After tea we finished the jigsaw, as they had both become avid puzzlers and are going to take a couple of mine home with them!
As I have nothing else to write about I will add a photo from a three year ago memory that came up. I did make a lot!
The twins are setting off for home tomorrow, it has been lovely spending some time with them, hopefully they will make another trip now they have made it here and know the journey isn’t too bad.
It seems your system is becoming immune to pills. Not good at all! Good job Darren is looking after you and running you around. Bet he’s after cakes 😂
ReplyDeleteThe finished puzzle looks really good. Now you’ve got the girls into puzzles are you going to pass on the roses one? 😳
I’m sure they’ll be back for another visit before too long. Assuming we still have trains and drivers!
Definitely steered them away from the roses!
ReplyDeleteI think they will be keen to come and visit again now they know the journey isn’t too bad.
