A quiet day

I haven’t been too energetic today, recovering from the travelling. I did get along to the backing hub and took a couple of bags of stuff to the charity shop. I had put some stuff by to sell at a boot sale, but the season is almost over and the boot sale likely to stop at the end of this year. The site has been bought by a company who want to develop the caravan site.So I have decided to get it all to the charity shop as it is in the way.

I did go to get some shopping for dinner and popped along for a quick chat with Sher. The arch by the church has been decorated for Remembrance Day.

The chrysanthemum is the front garden is in full bloom now.
I had a very frustrating time trying to sell something on eBay, it is years since I used it and it is very different, allegedly easier, but I gave up in the end!
Traitors later, which is good.

  1. You did do a lot of travelling over the past few days and it really does take it out of you. An easy..ish day was definitely in order as it's rare you take them!
Sounds like the decluttering is in the forefront again. Good idea passing the boot stuff on to the charity shop. Not really the time of year to be standing and selling. Mooching around is ok though 🙂 eBay isn't something I'd tried selling on for years, so not sure I'd be too keen on trying it again. I wish they'd leave things alone and stop making them "better".
I like the decoration on the arch.
Relax and enjoy Traitors. You can start afresh tomorrow.

  2. Yes, I am sure the lethargy is due to the amount of travelling, hopefully I will wake in the morning with renewed energy.
That patter on the arch was repeated on the other side but to get it all in the picture would have meant standing in the road which is quite busy!
I am sure I will enjoy Traitors, the Faithfuls haven’t caught one yet!
