After the shopping had been delivered Darren said he needed some batteries from Pound Stretcher and took me along for a little trip out. I just stayed in the pottery studio and had a drink and chatted to Rob while Darren walked up to the shop. Some nice new items in the pottery, a lantern and a clock caught my eye. Will take pics next time I go.
This evening I am going to start painting the treasure chest.
Haven’t taken any photos today so will add one memory from a year to, and one collage that appeared in my photos today!
Not going out tomorrow but may have some painting to take pics of!
Hopefully the leg won’t take many more days of rest before you can start doing things again. At least you got a little trip out to break the monotony. Sounds like the lantern and the clock are already on your to do list 😊 I’m looking forward to seeing the treasure chest done as I think it’ll be a good one.

They have a really good selection of items at the pottery place now, way too tempting! We are not planning going out at all tomorrow so more resting on hand! Spent quite a while on the treasure chest this evening,
