Wet and miserable and much colder this morning, but I had a list of things to do in town and had decided to shop in the town and at the market rather that go to a supermarket. So set off with the trolley today. But last night I took a picture of a butterfly garden solar light that I had bought when out with Darren and Tina on Thursday. I actually bought four and had them charging in the back garden. They are now in the front and work!
We did get quite a lot of sun when the rain cleared so they should still be well charged for tonight. Yesterday a 3D pen I ordered from China arrived, which was very exciting. For a couple of minutes anyway until the button you press to take the filament through broke!! Have emailed the company and they are 'resting' for two days. Back to today, I got the shopping home and unpacked, had lunch and nursed Colonel for a bit and then went to help out in the studio for a while. I have started the latest project for them, this large jug which they have had for some months now. It has got a vaguely shiny finish unlike the other bisque products so Sandy has messaged the lady who made them to check it will be okay to fire.
I do like the occasional challenge!
