A dramatic sky yesterday evening to start with.
For years I have been trying to grow pink forget me nots. Last year I had a little success so decided to transport some plants with me 'up north'. They have survived the winter and have multiplied quite dramatically, but will they still be pink, that is the question?
A neighbour told me that the soil can affect the colour, but I remain hopeful!! This morning I pottered around indoors and put a few bit on Ebay. I have bags full of stuff for the charity shop, trying to keep on top of the hoarding! I called in at the studio on the way to the community centre and did a little bit to the jug.
I took a picture of work in progress at the button class.
Only Sue turned up today so we had a good natter. I helped her cut out some shapes for her next project and I did another quick sketch of the thistle heads, I gave it to Sue as she was a little 'down' today and she really liked it.
More crafting tonight, so off to get some tea on the go.
