Beautiful day again today. Rachel and I took out time getting up and dressed then we decided to have a trip out. We headed off to the stained glass place at Cayton. A really great place, and they do lots of different courses. I may try and attend one of the short sessions to make a couple of glass Christmas decorations. The displays inside were lovely, these window hanging ones were very colourful.
I am going to post three different views of the rooms, too difficult to pick between them.
One more from inside and you will never guess why I took a close up of this particular lamp!
We had a cup of tea and a piece of Yorkshire curd tart then we went into the very pretty garden. Rachel enjoying the garden.
Some great geese made of chicken wire.
Me by the geese!
There were some glass baubles hanging in a tree in the grounds.
We did go on to visit some villages and a museum, but I will write about them tomorrow.
That looks a really nice place. Was the curd tart ginormous?
