This morning Tina and I went out early to get pet food and then to meet Darren who was delivering the van to the garage to hopefully get it sorted! We went to Deans Garden Centre and got a couple more paving slabs, bird seed and some plants for the front garden. When we got home I got my stuff together and went off to visit Sandy and Donna at the studio and then on to the button class. The jug is in the kiln but I collected the pen pot.
They were pleased to see me and I said I would probably call in tomorrow after the sewing group. The button class went well, they are very imaginative and have started new projects. Linda was working on subtle cream pictures.
Diane made a start on a tree frog, she did get a bit more done after I took the photo, I think it will be striking when finished.
Sue started a humming bird which she is doing completely in beads rather than buttons.
I worked with Norma who needs a bit of help, drew her a butterfly and helped her select buttons and did the glueing and she the sticking. She will finish it next time.
Crafting again this evening, and need to get a bit of gardening done soon!
