A lovely weather day. This morning I walked to Sainsbury's and did quite a big shop then got a taxi back. On the way there I managed to catch the pigeons having a shower in the small park opposite the station. I have seen then several times but have never had the camera handy, or once it was ready they had flown!
Tina and I got home at a similar time and were talking about what lovely weather it was today. She had an appointment at the other side of town and said she would drop me off at the other end of the South Bay. After a short walk I was overlooking the bay from way further round than I have seen it before.
This sign just made me giggle because of the drop in the direction it was pointing!
I took the long, snake like path down the cliff and passed some wildlife nestling in the trees.

Passed a surfer who was actually on his feet!
But the most fantastic part of the walk was the mist rising from the sea. I took loads of photos and had a really difficult task picking one image!
I made my way back to town and then home after a sit down and a cuppa in the town. I was on a go slow by the last stretch as my ankles were really sore, but I reckon I must have covered 4 to 5 miles in total today, which by my standards is a long way!! It was pretty warm, I didn't have my heaviest coat on, the wind has eased which is good.
