Preparations for Thanksgiving

 This morning I had a cuddle with Jasper, he has a sore on the top of his head so has to wear the collar to stop him scratching it.

I went for a walk while everyone else was busy, so a few pics along the way.

Back indoors I was amazed that this large foot stall I covered last time I was here has stood the test of time  and Jasper remarkably well.

After lunch it was a mass bake for tomorrow, I was there too, I made the cranberry bread.



This evening we went out for a meal and then we start the festivities and more eating tomorrow!




It was lovely to see everyone again.

    Certainly looks like you're having a great family time. I bet it was fun with everyone cooking like that 🙂 I can't believe how grown up the kids are now! Or is it just me who's getting old?
    Nice to get out for a walk and take a few pics somewhere different for a change. Even the leaves over there look better 😊
    The thanksgiving celebrations sound just perfect to me, specially the overeating bit!
    Enjoy your time over there, I goes way too quickly.
