I was away somewhere else in my mind and have only just remembered that I haven’t done the blog!
We didn’t go to the boot sale as it was wet and miserable but it turned into a lovely day. I went for a walk doing a circuit including the sea front. This rainbow on the pavement made me think of my childhood, you don’t see them much now
The knitters have been busy again.A couple of sea shots.Back via the memorial gardens.
After lunch I sorted out more books to sell on line and general sorting before getting dinner. Have been watching tv and have only just got a cat on my lap. Will finish with an unusual building feature sent to me by Anya.

Your mind is always full of lots of different things 😂
ReplyDeleteIt’s been a lovely day here too. Lots of sunshine and blue skies.
The pavement rainbows do look good, but it means there’s oil on the ground. Probably someone has parked a leaky motorcycle there! To be honest I don’t notice them as often these days, whereas in ye olden days you’d see them all the time.
The sea shots do look nice again. Very atmospheric. Blimey, I can see people in one of them today! 😊
Apart from a couple of poppy sellers in town I’ve not seen any displays and definitely no knitted ones!
You’re doing well sorting books out. Have you started on the cds yet?
I can’t work Anya’s picture out. It looks like part of the building is falling down. Do you know where she took it?
Cars do park on that wide pavement in front of the shops, works vans too with guys getting their sausage baps.
ReplyDeleteHornsea is very good on Remembrance, several of the shops and the museum have all got displays.
Not sure exactly where the building is and it is London, so a large area!
