Today has been checking and checking again to be ready for my trip. The case seems well under the limit as long as my weighing scale is accurate!
I was concerned about the medication, so looked it up and a just taking prescribed meds in their original boxes. Have asked Lee to get me some equivalent pain killers as I don want the leg cramps to spoil my time with the family.
The snow has all gone now, and it was a bright sunny day, although still chilly. Then this afternoon when the sun disappeared the temperature plummeted. I had Pandora on my lap for a while so by legs were okay but my feet were freezing!
I did change the bedding but otherwise have been pretty inactive. Didn’t take any photos so will post one which I quite like from a few years go.
I’m sure your scales are accurate enough. The 22kg they usually give you is quite a lot. Nearly equivalent to a sack of spuds 😊
ReplyDeleteAs long as you’ve got all the important things packed, that’s all that matters. Anything you forget or need can be gotten when you’re there. Good idea not take any other meds than the prescribed ones. You never know how picky they’re going to be about things like that.
It was a nice sunny day here too, but as you say still chilly.
When I saw that pic I thought you’d braved it and been to the front this evening. I really must start reading before I look at pics 😊
Yes, as you say, as long as you have all documents etc, everything else you can get when you arrive. Feeling ridiculously tired this evening, seems the less you do the more tired you feel!
