Catching up

I met a friend at the hub near the front, it was a very cold wind. Took these two pics in different directions before meeting her.

We had a good chat and have arranged to meet next month when I will give her the Christmas cake and again in January before I leave for Scotland.
This afternoon I went to see Sarah and David and Sarah was visibly upset about my news, I have been friends with since soon after we moved here and another of their friends have moved out of the district recently.
This evening I am doing lists of things to be done for trip, cakes and decluttering ready to move. The time will fly by.

  1. You’ll miss the easy access to the sea in Scotland. But you should have some great scenery to photograph during the different seasons. Shouldn’t be quite so flat either. Which is good in the respect of the scenery looking better, but not so good if you’re out walking! You’ll have to get a moped 😊
You’re going to miss people as much as they’ll miss you. You’ll soon make new friends up there though. Once you learn to understand what they’re saying 😂
Sounds like you’re in for a few busy days and evenings getting everything sorted! Ad you say, the time will fly by! Try to make a bit of time for relaxing though.

  2. Yes, I will miss the sea, I like to be near water and there is a river so will have to make do with that.
I will miss some folk, I wonder if they write letters, not a lot of people do these days.
Pandora ensures that I get some relaxation!
