Out early to post some letters then in the kitchen to start getting marzipan on the cakes, at least on the ones going to Peterborough as the need to be finished before I go to America. The local ones I can finish when I get back from delivering the ones down south. I had made a large square cake to cut into three smaller cakes and forgot and covered it in marzipan. One of the recipients didn’t want it decorated. I decided to cut it into three and wrapped the centre piece and wrapped it. Then I patched up the other two pieces with more marzipan, when they have the icing on the people who get them will be none the wiser!
T have got my design for the glass fusing tomorrow, I will cut one of them up to be able to draw round on the glass.
I have a blood test tomorrow and blood pressure check. I haven’t checked it as that will just make it go even higher!
Blimey, marzipan time, Christmas must nearly be upon us! I’m really looking forward to mine. If you’re at all worried that people might be upset at getting patched up marzipan you can pass them onto me. I’m very easy going 😊

I’m going to take a stab in the dark, but I think the design for the glass fusing tomorrow is a volcano. I could be wrong and it could be some exotic plant, but either way you do like a challenge. Cutting all those top bits will be fun. Definitely looking forward to seeing that finished.

No point in checking your own blood pressure if they’re going to do it tomorrow. Think calming thoughts and you’ll be ok!
That’s positive, it is supposed to be a volcano! May be a step too far, we will see.

I will leave in plenty of time for the surgery appointment so so am not puffed out and stressed!
