We all managed to get a reasonable night and when we were breakfasted Anya, Isobel and I went for a walk through the park and into the Glen. Just at the start of the Glen we thought we had better start the pictures!
We had taken peanuts in the hope of seeing some squirrels, Anya and Isobel did feed some yesterday evening.
Such a pretty walk, and the weather was much better today as well.
And a pretty little girl!
The bench has Isobel's birth year on, so a must for a picture! Then she had a go a being a statue!
We carried on walking and got to the cemetery which is very well kept. There was a bridge that looked like it might be a foot bridge at the other end.
We strolled back and had lunch at the Teasmaid before the girls made their way back to Peterborough. While we were eating that wobbly tooth of Isobel's decided to come out! Getting gappy in that mouth now!
They are home safely now. I tried watching Life of Pi but didn't like it much better than the audio version I tried, so I turned it off!
Isobel is at that age now all the teeth will slowly come out, not a pleasant time for children. She look very grown up in the photos. Anya also looks well, good that the weather has picked up they say Sept should be quite good
