I bought three pieces of pottery to paint at the ceramic studio I used to go to in Peterborough so that I can paint them at the studio up here. The dragon is a good size as you can tell by the cushions behind it.
This morning I sorted out washing and changed the bed and went to Sainsbury's for supplies, before setting off for button class. I am not enjoying it quite so much at the moment as the newest member is very demanding and complains about everything and everyone! Norma was there as well, but although she needs a little support is no trouble at all. Today her canvas was an ice cream cone.
Linda was working on a single seagull canvas for the maritime museum.
.There is a bush in the front garden that has just started producing pink flowers. The bees were out in numbers around the bush which was great to see.
The nasturtiums that I grew from seed are flowering now, and so far no blackfly which were always a problem with them in Peterborough.

The fuchsia but is lovely this year now that it is not being choked by all those reedy plants!
