Darren dropped me off at Sainsbury's this morning and I did some shopping. Darren and Tina got home soon after me and they had been to Deans Garden Centre and bought me a lovely weeping willow and a pot to put it in! They went off to a Science Fiction show and I went in the garden to get the tree planted in the pot. I also did a bit of digging, planted some seeds and pruned the bonsai trees. I am leaving the willow down by the bonsai trees because the winds are so ferocious up here.
I got my times muddled up and went to the ceramic studio two hours before I was needed! But as it turned out they had been considering phoning me as it was really busy and Sandy was going off for a rehearsal with her choir. The people in didn't leave until about half an hour before the party was going to start, so we had to get our skates on to be ready! Darren came in at the end of the party and helped clear up and get the tables put back to their usual positions. Then we went to Tesco's for a few bits. When we got home there was a flower delivery for me, beautiful flowers from Anya. The arrived like this.
I put them in one of the vases I made many years ago!
