I had the pottery all packed nd ready to go and decided to get to the post office although I had had a rough night thought the fresh air and a walk would do me good. I actually found it quite tiring today so came back via the sea and had a drink before walking home.
I took this one while sitting inside the cafe, than another one before I walked home. After lunch Tina and I went out to start trying to clear stuff from the garden. The walled garden took and age and Tina asked me to ring Jacky to see if she would come and help. She wa great and a couple of hours later we had mountain of stuff in front of the house. Tina has ordered a skip to come in the morning and Jackybis going to come and help. We have it for several days so we won’t have to go too mad at it. Tina got in touch with the allotment folk and some came to take stuff away.
Feeling pretty tired now, so no packing tonight!

Walking is nice, especially first thing in the morning, but if you’re feeling tired it’s surprising how quickly you get worn out. But if you’re going to stop mid walk I can’t think of a better place to do it 😊
ReplyDeletePandora looks totally zonked out in that pic 😊 She certainly takes every opportunity to get comfy on your lap 🙂
Blimey, you did have a lot of stuff in, and for the garden. It was nice that Jacky helped you and is helping again tomorrow. Hopefully you’ll have a bit of room left in the skip for some “sorting leftovers”.
I don’t know why, but seeing all that stuff in the last pic made me think of Darren’s hang glider. I assume he’s taking it up there?
Enjoy a quiet evening……with a cat on your lap 😊
Don’t mention the hang-gliders! Seriously, their future is still to be decided.
DeleteYes, it is nice to have a rest and drink and see the sea. I will miss that.
ReplyDeletePandora did go right off, you know she is truly zonked if her tail stops moving!
So much stuff, the two animal ornaments I had, the lamb and the calf have gone to the garden at the primary school which is nice.
An easy evening is on the cards tonight, although at the moment without my furry friend.
