Today we were moving things around as the auctioneers were collecting our items. We had it all organised and they were clearly surprised that everything was accessible. Early there was a delivery and it was my beg leg wellies, I can get them on with ease!
When Tina was at a meeting the packing boxes arrived. A FedEx driver who was very helping and got these massive packages into the house.
Sher came by after work to collect the stuff that she was having. We have the local Antique and reclamation guys coming tomorrow, what they don’t want will probably go outside a well!
The house is looking emptier now!
I like your new wellies. Slightly more colourful than the usual black, but I wouldn’t expect anything less from you 😂 You’ve shifted some stuff by putting it in the garden for the locals to take. People do love a bargain and will take almost anything. We’re the videos Darren’s sci-fi series? If so you should have put them out as I’m sure someone would have enjoyed watching them. Lots of people still have video players.
ReplyDeleteIt’s not often you get boxes of boxes delivered! It looks like you should have plenty now. Not that you need many as you’re nearly done. I’m sure the others will fill quite a few yet though.
It’s getting fast and furious now with people collecting stuff. Hopefully the antique guys tomorrow will want everything 🙂

ReplyDeleteI seem to have been getting ready for this move forever and it gets harder and harder to keep going with enthusiasm! But we will get there one way or another.
That is a lot of big boxes, don’t think we will be using that many of them.
The stuff out front doesn’t hang about too long that’s for sure!
